Together we can explore the motivation to get to the absolute core of your desires.  This will allow you to prioritize what you truly want, and stop spending energy climbing the mountains you don’t really want to summit.

You may or may not know what you want to achieve in 10 years. But we are going to break that down so you know who you want to BEcome so that you get there.  This is again less about what you will actually do, but more about who you will BE when you create your dream.

Especially if you also have an obsession with nature, or a compulsion to hug trees. I can offer the heart-centered support you’ve been looking for, with unconditional love, and radical acceptance.

The first meeting with me is always what I like to call a “coffee chat”. We are just getting to know each other, and no coaching will take place without your consent. That means there is no charge for this meeting, and regardless of if we work together or not, it’s about connection.

One on One Coaching

As a heart-centered coach, I am here to listen to you and ask you questions about what I hear.  There is no set program or 10 steps that I will take you through. I meet you where you are and allow you to create the experience that is best for you. My style of coaching is about helping you build your awareness of yourself. Once you are aware of the patterns and beliefs that are present in your life, you get to choose which ones to keep, and what you might like to reconsider. 

These conversations go deep, but the purpose is always focused on empowering you to have more choice and authenticity in your life.  Many of my clients find they have been carrying around a huge amount of baggage for a long time, and our conversations may inspire them to set down a piece of luggage here and there, to make the going just a little bit easier each week. 

Openness and Honesty

If you are looking for someone who has it all figured out and is going to give you all the answers, that is not me. Coaching is a journey. It won’t always be pretty, and it will probably never be easy. But I will tell you with honesty and openness what I see, and hear when you are talking. Then you can decide if it resonates for you, and if not, we will keep exploring. Sometimes I will say things that you may not want to hear, but I will always be on your side, supporting you in your growth.

Practical Approach

I use a very practical approach and allow you to come to each session with whatever is on your mind in that moment. While I have an outline of what I am able to help you with during our time together, I am flexible in allowing you to choose where you want to go and trust your intuition to guide you to what you need most. Our sessions may also include Energy Healing if that appeals to you, but it is not a requirement for coaching.

Mental Fitness Program

If you have had an experience with Positive Intelligence, the work of Shirzad Chamine, you may want to take it deeper.  In the mental fitness program that I run, you will get access to his application as well as have a supportive group of individuals that you meet with every week.  This group called a pod, will keep in touch throughout the week, checking in with both ups and downs as we work on being more mentally fit together. 

The goal of mental fitness is to spend less time in negative thoughts or low vibrational states of being, and more time enjoying life, having fun, or being in high vibrational states.  Throughout the six weeks, we work to rewire your neural pathways so that it becomes easier and easier to move back into your sage mind, the part of you that is creative, intuitive, and connected to your higher purpose.

Group Workshops

If you are looking for a workshop about some aspect of personal development to help your team grow, reach out to me.  I have a variety of workshops already created that I love using with groups.  Some of the topics I am most confident presenting are mental fitness,  letting go of people pleasing, becoming more of yourself, using energy to set your boundaries, and creating small habits that lead to large change. 

Group workshops may be a one-time event, or I can organize something that continues over a period of weeks or months.  Every group has unique needs so I create different options as necessary.
