First of all, before I share information about how someone can use light language, I want to clarify that you are the expert on you. On your spiritual journey, you can take in a lot of information from many different teachers, guides, friends, or soul family. Each one of those people is just a person like you. They have had to come to their own understanding of their beliefs. You have the opportunity and the responsibility to do the same.
Everything I share here has gone through the filter that is me, Kayla Dhankhar. This does not mean it is the absolute truth of the universe. It does not even mean that it is my ultimate truth. I share what I believe at this now moment, as I am writing it. And it is what feels important to share with you, the reader. Please don’t take anything I say as fact, ever. We all have our own truths. Take what resonates, leave what doesn’t, and feel free to share your experience.
Alright, now that is out of the way. Let’s talk about light language so you can decide what you want to believe about this beautiful high vibrational frequency that so many are talking about.
What is Light Language?
Light language is a form of communication or expression that involves the use of sound, color, and other frequencies to transmit messages or energies. The phrase light language is an umbrella term that can be used to describe a way that various consciousnesses can communicate. These consciousnesses may be galactic light beings or even the consciousnesses of bodies of water or pieces of land. It is a universal form of communication. Our rational minds don’t need to understand it. To be honest, it has taken me ages to write this post because I hardly understand it.
My Experience with Light Language
What I do know for sure about light language is that speaking it feels good! Listening to it often gives me amazing experiences. For example, light language has helped me remember past lives. It opened a chakra that had been causing me discomfort. It’s also activated new parts of me that are connected to using my intuition and energy to empower others to heal themselves. This is a huge part of my soul’s mission here on Earth, so it is extremely important to me! What if light language could help you to carry out your soul’s mission??? Perhaps that is why you are here reading this!
When I share light language with others, they often report amazing experiences. So that is what I know for sure. The rest of this information is just information. I believe that it can be used to connect with higher consciousness, the divine, your own soul, or other dimensions. My rational mind says that sounds crazy, but my experiences tell me that it is important.
Something else you might need to know is that there are different ways to describe light language. I may interchange the phrase with any of the following: light codes, light transmissions, the language of light, or abbreviate it as LL to keep things simple. Others may have even more ways to describe it, and that is okay, too.
How is this Language Shared?
Currently from my perspective, the most popular way these frequencies are being shared is through sound. Most of it is spoken in words, but some creators are also integrating it into music. Right now I am obsessed with a song created by Share the Light called, Within a Wave. I feel it connects straight to my soul, as music tends to do. Spoken light codes can have the same effect. In fact, I usually recommend that you listen to light language the same way you would listen to music, not necessarily to understand the words at first, but to feel it.
Light Language can also be shared through visuals, also called Light Language Art. I have shared about it on my other website, and you can see that here. What I find most amazing about LL art is that often when you view it you do not even realize it is causing a healing experience in your energy field. It can help you in amazing ways and your conscious mind does not even have to be aware of it.
You can check out my shop of light language art and audio downloads on Etsy as well. Below are some examples of the types of healing transmissions offered there.
How Can I Use Light Language?
There are many ways to use light language, and the specific techniques and practices can vary widely. Some of it depends on the results that you want to achieve. If you are on a spiritual journey, you probably have lots of different ideas about what would help you have an optimum experience on Earth. Many of those goals can be reached using this powerful energy healing modality.
What might those goals be? Some examples could be:
Increasing your energetic frequency
Healing past traumas and wounds
Activating dormant DNA
Opening Yourself Up to Your Gifts
Healing Physical or Emotional Pain
Here are a few suggestions for how someone might use light language.
Listening to Channelers
Practice focusing your intention and attention on the present moment while listening to a LL transmission. You can find these on Youtube or other websites. Choose those that resonate most with you. This page may help you find some options that resonate.
Usually, these are short transmissions of energy that have a specific intention.
Meditating With Higher Frequencies
Meditate on a piece of LL art. You may keep your eyes open while you release your thoughts and stay in the present moment. Observe what happens and see if you enjoy the experience. If you like it, you may choose to make this type of art the background on your computer, or print it out and place it near your workplace. Some might be good for relaxation or sleep and could be near your bed. Others will be useful for your manifestation and you may want them on your altar or near your meditation space. The possibilities are endless.
You may want to try an audio LL meditation. The idea is to ground yourself first, and then follow the instructions given. I find that when I do a LL meditation, the light codes keep my mind occupied enough that thoughts do not come in and I have really beautiful energizing meditative experiences. I would just recommend that you start and end the meditation with grounding because these high frequencies can make it difficult to stay fully present in your body.
Supplement Your Spiritual Practices
You may want to supplement spiritual practices that you are already doing with light language. You can get creative on what this means to you. Perhaps you want to use written light language or art in your work with crystals. You can use it to make grids or even with the intention to heal or charge your crystals if you are using them.
Connect with others who are using Light Language
Find a LL community or group to connect with and share your experiences and practices. It can be lonely on a spiritual journey if you don’t have anyone to share your experiences with. If you don’t have a community, reach out to me! We can at least have a chat and I can see if there is a group that I know of that you could connect with.
It’s important to note that light language is a personal and intuitive practice, and there is no one “right” way to use it. The most important thing is to follow your own inner guidance and find what works best for you.
How Can I “Speak” Light Language
Anyone can speak light language, we are all born with the natural ability to do so. It’s just about remembering, or activating it inside of you. There are many ways to “speak” or transmit LL energy so experiment with all of them, or choose the way that resonates most with you.
Often people find it easiest to start with the modality they are already most comfortable with. For example, if you are a dancer, start to connect with the energy of light language through movement. If you are a writer or an artist, you may want to start with a pen and paper. You get the idea.
To speak it, you can try the following steps:
Relax and focus your attention on the present moment. Set your intention to connect with LLfrequencies through your voice, movement, or writing. Remember it may help to choose the one that you are already most comfortable doing, but it is up to you.
If you want to speak in the language of light, experiment with using sound, such as singing, chanting, or toning. In the beginning, it may feel like you are just repeating what you have heard and that is okay. At some point, you will feel it start to flow. Then you will know you are connecting to your own light language!
If you want to write or draw it, set your intention first. Then just put your pen to paper and see what happens. It may start out feeling difficult. But at some point, it will become so easy you will question if you are doing anything at all. That’s when you are in flow!
These are just some basics. If you would like to get into more detail about how to get started, feel free to reach out to me. We can connect and discuss what the process might look like for you!
Trusting The Process
Trust your intuition and allow the light language to flow through you. Don’t worry about making mistakes or getting it “right” – the most important thing is to follow your own inner guidance and let the energy express itself through you.

Remember who you are
We all have the language of light within us. Starting to use it is not about learning but about remembering. It’s about waking up the parts of us that have been sleeping and remembering who we are. One of the most powerful aspects of light language is the way it can connect us to our own Soul.
Have fun exploring how you can use light language! Remember that the only limits are the ones that you place on yourself. You are your own best healer and you know best how you can use light language for yourself!
